Entrance for guests

Your guests can get into the building through the main entrance. They should approach the reception desk.

If you are inviting guests, let them know that they need to state their purpose at the reception. There, they will receive a temporary access pass required to meet you.

Announcing your guests

When your guest arrives, the reception will give you a call.

Underground parking

If you are renting spaces for guests in the underground car park, they have to use dedicated lifts that will take them to the reception area where they can check in. Remember that the reception needs to be notified in advance.

Security

Security staff may ask you and your guests to show your access cards. Persons with no access pass will be asked to leave the building immediately.
