LEED Certification
Green Court is proud to hold a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design “Gold” Certification since 2015. This means that third-party experts from the American Green Building Certification Institute have rated our office complex and concluded that it is highly environmentally responsible. This way, you can be confident that it saves costs, water and energy, uses materials and resources sustainably and keeps you feeling healthy.
How did we do it? Well, we suspect that our energy-efficient façade which limits heat absorption from the sun, our fresh air flow system for healthy breathing and our use of green energy had something to do with it. We are glad that we can share these sustainability achievements (and many others) with you!

The Building Manager is in charge of the building services management (technical services, cleaning services, reception, security, fire fighters), keeps a good relationship with the tenants and is the person of contact for every issue or request that concerns the Green Court ABC Buildings.

The Asset Manager is in charge of general activities regarding the tenants/building, coordinates and participates in the handover of the rented space, coordinates different events, contracts, tendering, renovation works.

The Team Leader Operations & Customer Care is in charge of the general operations for all the buildings from the portfolio, keeps a good relationship with all the tenants, coordinates the Building Managers’ and Asset Managers’ activities, implements budgets and procedures.
